Mary Mihaly of Irvington passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 11, at age 90. 

Mary was born in Yonkers, to John Mihaly Sr. and Mary Timo Mihaly, on March 25, 1930. She was a resident of Irvington for nearly 50 years. She worked for S&H Green Stamps in Manhattan for the majority of her career. 

Mary was predeceased by her brother, John Mihaly Jr. She is survived by her sisters, Helen Mihaly of Irvington and Irene Walsko of Highland, Ind. Mary was beloved by her nephew John Mihaly III and his wife Yasmin Rodriguez, and was the proud grandaunt of Jack Hudson Mihaly.

A funeral mass was held Dec. 14 at St. Nicholas of Myra Church in White Plains, followed by burial at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings.
