“Sing for SPRING” raised more than $9,000 for the nonprofit SPRING Community Partners on Saturday, April 29. The concert featured musicians Christine Chanel of Harrison, Greg Jacquin of Tarrytown, John Henry Olthoff of Croton-on-Hudson, and Ursula Hansberry of Dobbs Ferry, all of whom donated their time and talent. Hansberry produced the concert with her mother, Sara Vlahovic. The evening, which included a silent auction, also benefited from donations by Tom and Patti Larkins, Wildly Cakes & Sweets, Bloomy Cheese & Provisions, John Jeffrey Wooddy from Rochambeau Wines & Liquors, Gretchen and Kevin Skaggs, Sharon McCann-Doyle of In Motion Pilates, the Tarrytown Music Hall, Sing Sing Kill Brewery, and Captain Lawrence Brewery. SPRING hopes to reach $10,000 by the end of May, all to help children in need in Dobbs Ferry. To donate, visit springcommunitypartners.org.
